Waters Edge is located directly on the Little River in the heart of Townsend. There are two bedrooms, great room with fireplace, an open kitchen and dining area all on one floor. Each bedoom has sliding doors that open to a deck overhanging the river. There is also a private screened porch with a large hot tub located just off the living room. Very conveniently located less than five minutes from the entry to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park entrance, shopping, restaurants, and has one of the best locations on the river. This property does have an adjoining guest apartment that is not rented and is rarely used by the owners. Enjoy free use of the 24 Hour Fitness Center and Swimming Pool located at the Wild Laurel Golf Course, located less than ten minute drive from the property.
